Jharkhand HC: DNA Tests Can't be Directed as a Matter of Course - (23 Dec 2022)

CRIMINAL

Jharkhand High Court while observing that DNA tests can encroach upon privacy and physical autonomy of an individual, has held that order to conduct DNA Tests cannot be passed as a matter of course.
