Kerala HC: Form Committee for Sexual Harassment Complaints in All Colleges - (23 Dec 2022)

CRIMINAL

Kerala High Court has directed competent authorities of colleges and other statutory authorities to constitute an Internal Complaints Committee for Sexual harassment complaints in every college in the State under UGC Regulations.
