Delhi HC: 'Rooh Afza' Trademark has Acquired Immense Goodwill - (22 Dec 2022)

Delhi High Court has observed that mark "Rooh Afza" has acquired immense goodwill and therefore the mark requires a high degree of protection, and it is essential to ensure that the competitors keep a safe distance from it.
