Delhi HC: All Personnel of Paramilitary Forces Entitled to HRA Irrespective of Rank - (19 Dec 2022)

SERVICE

Delhi High Court has held that every personnel in the paramilitary forces shall be entitled to the benefit irrespective of the rank, as per their entitlement, and directed Centre and other authorities to take necessary steps within six weeks.
