Delhi HC Stays Recovery of ?223 Crores Penalty on MakeMyTrip Imposed by CCI - (16 Dec 2022)

Delhi High Court has stayed recovery of Rs. 223 crores (approx.) of penalty imposed on MakeMyTrip by Competition Commission of India (CCI) for allegedly indulging in anti-competitive practices.
