SC: HC Doesn’t Have Power to Direct Investigation to be Conducted in Particular Manner - (14 Dec 2022)

Supreme Court has held that High Court does not have power under Articles 226 of Constitution of India or Section 482 of Code of Criminal Procedure to direct the investigation to be conducted in a particular manner.
