Del. HC: Diff. in Financial Position of Donor And Recipient Doesn’t Establish Commercial Element - (13 Dec 2022)

LAW OF MEDICINE

Delhi High Court has held that in cases of organ transplant from a near relative, the difference in financial position of the donor and the recipient, by itself, cannot be a reason strong enough to establish a commercial element.
