Bombay HC: Application of Hudson's Formula for Computation of Loss is Not Unreasonable - (12 Dec 2022)

ARBITRATION

Bombay High Court has held that Hudson's formula is widely accepted in construction contracts for computing losses and therefore the application of the same is not unreasonable.
