Bombay HC: If Society is Progressing, Why Can't Laws? - (09 Dec 2022)

Bombay High Court while criticizing State government for being in a slumber and not making provisions for transgender persons in recruitment in the police department, has questioned the State that if society is progressing then why can't the laws also progress?
