Chhattisgarh HC: Daughter Has to Show She is Minor or Unable to Maintain Herself to Seek Maintenance - (09 Dec 2022)

CRIMINAL

Chhattisgarh High Court has held that as per Section 125 CrPC, to get maintenance, a daughter has to make out a case that she is unable to maintain herself or has not attained the majority.
