Delhi HC Says Sexual Crimes Against Women Must Be Dealt With Strictly - (25 Apr 2016)

Delhi High Court, while sentencing a rape convict, has said that sexual offences against women are increasing and such crimes have to be dealt with strictly with no leniency shown to the offenders.
