MP HC: Magistrate Rejecting Closure Report in Corruption Case Can’t Direct Police to Obtain Sanction - (09 Dec 2022)

Madhya Pradesh High Court has held that a Magistrate cannot decline to accept the closure report and simultaneously direct the State to obtain sanction for prosecution in a corruption case.
