Allahabad HC: Political Activists Have a Right to Protest Against Administration - (09 Dec 2022)

CRIMINAL

Allahabad High Court while quashing criminal case filed against the sitting minister in the State government and BJP MLA, Dinesh Pratap Singh, has held that political activists have right of protest against the Administration against perceived atrocities, inaction etc. of the State Authorities.
