Delhi HC: High Court Cannot Review Order Passed Under Section 11 of A&C Act - (08 Dec 2022)

ARBITRATION

Delhi High Court has held that the High Court cannot review an order passed under Section 11 of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 as the Act does not contain any provision for review.
