Allahabad HC Cancels Order Sacking Magsaysay Awardee from IIT-BHU - (25 Apr 2016)

Allahabad HC has turned down an order terminating contract of Magsaysay awardee Sandee Pandey as a visiting faculty member by IIT-Banaras Hindu University, holding that ex-parte action on charges like anti-national activities which have “serious apersions” violated "the principle of natural justice".
