Orissa HC to DGP: Explore Option of Registering e-FIRs, Especially in Cases of Crimes Against Women - (06 Dec 2022)

CRIMINAL

Orissa High Court has directed the Director General of Police, Odisha (DGP) to explore the possibility for registration of 'e-First Information Reports (e-FIRs)' in the State, especially in cases of crimes against women which will go to a long way in combating crimes against women.
