Bombay HC Grants Bail to Woman Who Threw Her Newborn Baby from Top of Building - (02 Dec 2022)

CRIMINAL

Bombay High Court has granted bail to a woman accused of throwing her own newborn baby from top of building while noting that the accused had been in custody for almost three years, and that the charge-sheet had also been filed in the case.
