SC: Anticipatory Bail Can't be Set for a Limited Period - (02 Dec 2022)

CRIMINAL

Supreme Court has observed that once the Court has concluded that custodial interrogation is not required then there is no justification to restrict the accused by granting the anticipatory bail for only a limited period.
