Madras HC: Temple Land Cannot be Used to Bury Dead Bodies - (01 Dec 2022)

Madras High Court has held that while the right to be cremated or buried is an essential part of fundamental right to practice one's religion, the same cannot be allowed on the land belonging to temples.
