Karnataka HC Dismisses Petition Challenging Centre Banning PFI with Immediate Effect - (01 Dec 2022)

Karnataka High Court has dismissed a petition questioning notification issued by Union Ministry of Home Affairs, declaring Popular Front of India (PFI) and its associates or affiliates or fronts as "unlawful associations" with 'immediate effect' for a period of 5 years.
