SC: 1Km ESZ Rule Won't Apply to Tungareshwar Wildlife Sanctuary - (01 Dec 2022)

ENVIRONMENT

Supreme Court has held that its order mandating 1-kilometer Eco-Sensitive Zone (ESZ) around protected forests will not apply to Tungareshwar Wildlife Sanctuary located near the suburbs of Mumbai.
