Kerala HC: Rights of Girls Can't be Restricted in The Guise of Protection - (30 Nov 2022)

Kerala High Court while questioning curfew in the girls’ hostel in the Government Medical College, has observed that in modern times, any patriarchism, even in guise of offering protection based on gender would have to be frowned upon.
