Delhi HC: Sexual Harassment of a Child is a Cognizable And Non-Bailable Offence - (28 Nov 2022)

Delhi High Court has held that sexual harassment of a child, which is punishable under Section 12 of Protection of Children from Sexual Offences (POCSO) Act, 2012, is a cognizable and non-bailable offence.
