J&K&L HC: Medical Geneticist Not Required to Undertake Competency Test Under PNDT Training Rules - (28 Nov 2022)

Jammu and Kashmir and Ladakh High Court has held that medical geneticists shall not be under an obligation to undergo competency-based assessment test and are exempted from operation of Preconception and Pre-natal Diagnostic Techniques (Prevention of Sex Selection) (Six Months Training) Rules, 2014.
