SC Stays Cal. HC Order for CBI Probe Against WB SSC’s Plea To Save Illegally Appointed Candidates - (25 Nov 2022)

CRIMINAL

Supreme Court has stayed an order passed by Calcutta High Court which directed CBI to investigate who was brain behind the application filed by West Bengal School Service Commission (WB SSC) seeking to save services of illegally appointed candidates by creating supernumerary posts.
