Sikkim HC Directs Doctors To Abstain from Using Two-Finger Test - (25 Nov 2022)

Sikkim High Court while observing that medical examination using two-finger test affects the dignity of the rape survivors, has asked doctors to desist from two-finger test in rape cases.
