SC: State Electricity Commissions Have Full Autonomy in Determination & Regulation of Tariff - (24 Nov 2022)

ELECTRICITY

Supreme Court has held that State Electricity Commissions possess full autonomy in the determination and regulation of tariff, and State and the Central Government only have an advisory role in the regulation of tariff.
