SC to SERCs’: Frame Regulations for Determination of Tariff Within 3 Months - (23 Nov 2022)

ELECTRICITY

Supreme Court directed all State Electricity Regulatory Commissions (SERC) to frame regulations under 181 of the Electricity Act 2003 on the terms and conditions for determination of tariff within three months.
