Kerala HC Allows Couple Above Statutory Age Bar to Continue With Assisted Reproductive Procedure - (23 Nov 2022)

LAW OF MEDICINE

Kerala High Court has granted a married couple aged over 50 years to continue their treatment with Assisted Reproduction Technology in-spite of the upper age limit for assisted reproductive treatment for men is 55 years and for women is 50 years under Reproductive Technology (Regulation) Act.
