Kerala HC Allows Teenager With 40% Disability to Take KEAM Exam in PwD Quota - (23 Nov 2022)

Kerala High Court while observing that neurostimulator is neither a treatment nor a cure has held a 19 year old suffering from primary generalized dystonia, eligible to be included in the 5% quota for admission of persons with disabilities in KEAM-2022 exam.
