SC Expresses Concern Over the Conditions of Hospitals in Bihar - (22 Nov 2022)

LAW OF MEDICINE

Supreme Court while reprimanding Bihar government for allowing persons without necessary qualifications to discharge functions of pharmacist in state-run hospitals, has instructed state to ensure that not a single hospital in entire state distributes medicines without help of registered pharmacists.
