SC: Affordability of a Litigant is No Reason to File Multiple Petitions - (22 Nov 2022)

Supreme Court has pulled up alleged conman Sukesh Chandrashekhar for filing multiple petitions before Supreme Court in a short span of time, has observed that affordability of litigant is no reason for them to file multiple petitions before the court.
