CIC Recommends Action Against RTI Activist for Misuse of Law - (21 Apr 2016)

Central Information Commission (CIC) has recommended action against an RTI applicant for misusing the law to harass his colleagues in Bhai Parmanand Institute of Business Studies in Delhi.
