J&K&L HC: School Records Have Priority Over Village Records While Determining Claims for Juvenility - (21 Nov 2022)

CRIMINAL

Jammu and Kashmir and Ladakh High Court has held that in order to ascertain the claims of juvenility, courts should give priority to the certificate issued by the educational institution which was firstly attended by the accused.
