Kerala HC: IT Act Doesn’t Impose Any Limitation for Filing Application for Condonation of Delay - (21 Nov 2022)

Kerala High Court has held that Section 119(2)(b) of the Income Tax (IT) Act does not impose any limitation for the purposes of filing an application for condonation of delay.
