J&K HC: J&K Road Transport Corporation Employees Not Entitled to Pension - (18 Nov 2022)

SERVICE

Jammu & Kashmir and Ladakh High Court has declined pensionary benefits to the retired employees of J&K State Road Transport Corporation while holding that employees appointed by the Corporation were not entitled to the same at par with government employees.
