Delhi HC: Electricity Can’t be Denied Without Cogent and Lawful Reason - (16 Nov 2022)

ELECTRICITY

Delhi High Court while observing that electricity is an essential service has held that a person cannot be deprived of it without a cogent and lawful reason.
