SC Sets Aside Order Which Declared One Accused of Kathua Rape-Murder Case as Juvenile - (16 Nov 2022)

CRIMINAL

Supreme Court while setting aside the orders of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Kathua and the Jammu and Kashmir High Court which held that one of the accused in the Kathua rape-murder case was a juvenile, has directed that the accused should be tried as an adult.
