Uttarakhand HC to Centre: President Can Be Wrong - (20 Apr 2016)

Uttarakhand HC, while hearing a petition by deposed chief minister Harish Rawat challenging the President’s Rule, has said, “The President can be an excellent person but he can be terribly wrong, judges can also be terribly wrong.” .
