Gujarat HC Quashes POCSO Charges Against Surat Teachers - (14 Nov 2022)

CRIMINAL

Gujarat High Court while quashing POCSO charges against teachers of Surat school who are accused of slapping, passing derogatory remarks and threatening to leak a video of student adjusting her skirt, has stated conduct against child was harsh but Sexual Intent missing from acts of accused.
