SC: Lawyer Who Signs Petitions With Derogatory Remarks is Guilty of Contempt of Court - (14 Nov 2022)

CONTEMPT OF COURT

Supreme Court has issued notice to Petitioner and AOR on plea containing contemptuous remarks against High Court judgment, has stated that even a lawyer who subscribes his signatures to such derogatory averments is guilty of committing contempt of the Court.
