Delhi HC: Unauthorized Constructions Can't be Allowed to Stand in Perpetuity - (11 Nov 2022)

Delhi High Court has held that unauthorized constructions are a bane to orderly development of the city which is bursting at its seams and they cannot be allowed to continue to stand in perpetuity.
