Delhi Court Grants Default Bail in UAPA Case After NIA Fails to File Chargesheet - (11 Nov 2022)

CRIMINAL

Patiala House Court, Delhi has granted default bail to a 25 year old Kashmiri youth, after National Investigation Agency (NIA) failed to file chargesheet within statutory period against him in a case registered under Unlawful Activities Prevention Act (UAPA), 1967.
