Delhi HC: Appeal Against Orders of Patent Office Would Lie Before High Court - (11 Nov 2022)

Delhi High Court has held that after enactment of Tribunal Reforms Act 2021, appeals challenging order of Patent Office would lie before concerned High Courts having territorial jurisdiction over appropriate office from where the patent application originates.
