Raj. HC Asks Grandparents Seeking Minor’s Custody to Deposit Rs. 50K as Advance Litigation Cost - (10 Nov 2022)

Rajasthan High Court while hearing a petition seeking release of their 5+ years old grandson, who is suffering from a rare disease, from alleged illegal detention of his mother, has ordered petitioners to first deposit a sum of Rs. 50,000 towards litigation costs which may arise for mother.
