SC Imposes Fine of Rs 25 Lakh Each on 3 Firms for Loss of 'Judicial Time' - (20 Apr 2016)

SC has imposed fine of Rs 25 lakh each on three companies, GGL, MGG and RUIAS, which have been involved in legal battles emanating from their contracts, saying it was a classic case of "unscrupulous litigants with money power" abusing the judicial process.
