SC: Section 145/146 CrPC Proceedings Must End Once Civil Court is Seized of Matter - (09 Nov 2022)

Supreme Court while observing that proceedings under Section 145/146 CrPC must come to an end once Civil Court is seized of the matter has held that the rights of the parties regarding title or possession are eventually to be determined by the Civil Court.
