SC Raps AAP Govt. over it’s "Ill-Advised" Move on Demarcation of Constitutional Powers - (20 Apr 2016)

SC has rapped AAP Government for its "ill-advised" move seeking a direction to the Delhi High Court to refer adjudication of a bunch of petitions for demarcation of constitutional powers between the Centre and Delhi to a larger bench.
