SC: PMLA Prosecution Can’t Continue if Accused is Discharged from Scheduled Offence - (07 Nov 2022)

Supreme Court has held that prosecution under the Prevention of Money-Laundering Act (PMLA) cannot continue if the accused is discharged from the scheduled offence.
