SC: Subsequent Purchaser has No Right to Claim Lapse of Land Acquisition Proceedings - (07 Nov 2022)

LAND ACQUISITION

Supreme Court has held that a subsequent purchaser has no right to claim lapse of acquisition proceedings under Section 21(2) of Right to Fair Compensation and Transparency in Land Acquisition, Rehabilitation and Resettlement Act, 2013.
